Primary Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support
  • Ensuring the safe provision of services in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Participating in training and professional development activities
  • Demonstrating understanding and vigilance regarding health, safety, and infection control in the field
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records and reporting systems
  • Upholding strict confidentiality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with the elderly (Desirable)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team (Desirable)
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service (Essential)
  • Capability to promote independence and work in a person-centered manner (Essential)
  • Exceptional communication skills (Essential)
  • Punctuality and excellent time-management skills (Essential)
  • Adaptability to change
